Baceline Investments, a private equity real estate investment and management company, recently purchased Fort Plaza near 90th and Fort Streets and Weber Place at 30th Street and Forest Lawn Avenue for about $7.1 million, said Ember Grummons of Investors Realty, who brokered the deal.
